Assistant Technical Manager

• Collaborate with the Senior Manager to develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans for the building
• Assist in supervising and coordinating maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on the roof, ceiling, floor, wall, building structure, cladding, curtain walls, drainage, and other relevant areas
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
• Assist in managing and coordinating external contractors and vendors involved in maintenance works
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, reports, and documentation
• Assist in managing the budget for building maintenance activities, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and recommending cost-effective solutions
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to address any technical issues or concerns related to the building works
• Coordinate with internal users to ensure the daily operation and organized events will not be disturbed
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in building maintenance

 

• High Certificate or above in Building Studies or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in building maintenance
• Strong knowledge and understanding of building systems, including roof, ceiling, floor, wall, building structure, cladding, curtain walls, drainage, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Occasional night shift is required to supervise execution of site works
