AsiaWorld-Expo offers a full range of meeting and conference facilities and is the only venue in Hong Kong able to accommodate any events from small, intimate gatherings right up to mega-functions of over 10,000 delegates. All of the meeting rooms available at AsiaWorld-Expo can be used individually or smoothly combined to form bigger meeting areas as per organisers' needs, with the world-class AsiaWorld-Arena itself offering a maximum capacity of 13,500 for large-scale meetings and conferences. All of the meeting rooms have efficient underground servicing, data systems, telecoms and wireless LAN. With its excellent facilities, AsiaWorld-Expo has already hosted a number of large-scale corporate events including: Nu Skin Enterprises - Greater China & SEA Regional Convention 2006 & 2008, Sunrider International Grand Convention and HSBC CEO conference, etc.
AsiaWorld-Summit Package located in Hall 2 or Hall 11 provides a hassle-free venue for events from 500 to 5,000 attendees at a special rental rate starting from HK$ 77,500 per day. Meeting Packages for meeting rooms on Level 2 provide other ideal options for conference organisers.
