As Hong Kong’s largest indoor convention and hospitality hall, this stylish new multi-purpose venue offers elegance, flexibility and convenience. The 8,200 square-metre column-free hall is fully carpeted and ideal for your world-class conference or sumptuous banquet for up to 5,000 guests. In fact, it’s the only venue in Hong Kong that can host a conference, banquet and exhibition all in one hall.

To further reduce the stress of event planning, AsiaWorld-Expo offers all-inclusive AsiaWorld-Summit conference packages that cover the venue, set-up and a full range of conference equipments. Most importantly, these packages are flexible, ready-to-use, provides a hassle-free venue for events from 500 to 5,000 attendees at a special rental rate starting from HK$85,450 per day.

The above packages include the provision of ventilation during move-in/move-out, air-conditioning during event day PLUS

  • 2 wireless microphones
  • Conference lighting with dimmers and spotlights for the stage

  • Technician standby throughout the event for control of in-house sounds and lighting

  • For using AsiaWorld-Summit/Hall 2, East Concourse can be used as pre-function area
