Assistant Catering Services Manager

Responsibilities:
 
  • Assist Catering Services Manager on daily operations such as prepare daily rosters, conduct cleanliness checking, assess furniture & equipment conditions, maintain quality of customer services, handle service opening and closing procedures, and resolve customers’ enquiries
  • Provide training and motivate front-line staff to achieve sales target and enhance customer experience
  • Monitor cost and inventory effectively
  • Execute business/marketing plans and work closely with internal departments
  • Assist in developing and maintaining required reports and system
  • Assist F&B functions/units of the company for a smooth operation
  • Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required
 
Requirements:
 
  • Diploma in Catering and Hotel Management or related field
  • Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in the F&B industry with 2 years in supervisory level
  • Hands-on skills in staff training and operation management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized in costing, sales and inventory control
  • Independent and service-oriented
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
