Customer Services Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Providing efficient and quality day-to-day operations of the Customer Services/ Helpdesk, Box Office, Office Reception, & Concierge Desk for Luggage Services
  • Handle call enquiries and complaints via CS hotline and emails in a professional manner
  • Maintain grooming and performance as per the manual of Customer Services Team
  • Coordinate with internal parties/ service partners and plan, implement, organize and monitor all resources and logistics deployment to support the event
  • Maintain smooth operation of ticketing system and service ordering system
  • Monitor service contracts and performance of the service contractors
  • To assist in VIP escorting, when required
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, hotel and hospitality Management or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Services; prior experience in Public Relations, Hotel or Hospitality Management disciplines is an advantage
  • Good logical thinking, good analytical and organizing skills, customer-orientated, creative, innovative, cheerful, and good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders
  • Able to work under pressure to meet tight timelines and multi-task
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
