Manager, Sustainability

• Assist in planning, developing, implementing and reviewing the ESG policy for the Company
• Assist in developing and reviewing the baseline and set action areas for carbon footprint tracking
• Assist in conducting sustainability and carbon management assessments for corporate ESG reporting, including data collection, analysis and verification.
• Assist in carrying out the carbon audit, energy audit, assurance and assessments
• Assist in conducting ESG/Sustainability research and benchmarking and prepare relevant research findings.
• Drive the effort in sustainability communication, both external and internal; to promote external corporation's leadership image and to instill the culture inside
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Environment Science disciplines or relevant disciplines
• Minimum 8-10 years’ work experience in sustainability and / or environmental; working experience in the MICE industry is an advantage
• Experience in sustainability of ESG related reporting including relevant standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
