Technical Officer (Event Support)

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for events or facilities management projects, data and contract management, data entry with analysis
  • Conduct functional check and prepare maintenance service report
  • Coordinate and manage health and safety implementation related matters by projects
  • Provide admin support to Facilities Management team
  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or High diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in event management & administration duties is preferred, fresh graduate is also considered
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, and Chinese word processing, experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop and/or Sketchup skill will be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
