We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding.<br />

Ticket holder(s) who have purchased tickets through Cityline will receive a refund through Cityline starting from 17 Nov, 2023, subject to the payment methods .<br />

Please note that a refund based on the ticket value printed on the tickets (not including the customer service fee and courier charge)<br />

Refunds will be automatically deposited to the same Credit Card or Digital Payments account used for ticket purchase. The refund process will take approximately 8&ndash;10 weeks depending on the processing time of the individual issuing bank. No refunds will be issued in cash or by cheque for tickets purchased by Credit Card or Digital Payments.<br />

Refunds will be automatically deposited to the same Digital Payments account used for ticket purchase. The refund process will take approximately 10&ndash;12 weeks, depending on the processing time of individual platform. No refunds will be issued in cash or by cheque.<br />
