Terms and Conditions of “AWE MEGA EVENT LUCKY DRAW” (“Lucky Draw”)

  1. To participate in the Lucky Draw, participants must agree and comply with the terms and conditions of “All in AWE Lucky Draw” organised by AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited (“AWEM”).
  2. Participants must be a registered AsiaWorld-Club Member to participate in the Lucky Draw.
  3. The Lucky Draw period is from 23 May 2025 to 12 June 2025 at 23:59:59 (GMT+8) (“Period”).
  4. All information provided by the participant must be true and correct, and not illegally obtained or stolen from a third party. Participants submitting false or misleading information will be disqualified at the sole discretion of AWEM.
  5. The personal data collected in this Lucky Draw will only be used for winners’ notification and verification purposes.
  6. Each AsiaWorld-Club Member ID number (“AWC Member ID”) can only participate in the Lucky Draw once during the Lucky Draw Period.
  7. Each AWC Member ID can only win one prize at most.
  8. To participate in the Lucky Draw, each participant must complete the following steps during the Lucky Draw Period (“Steps”):
  9. Launch AsiaWorld-Expo mobile application (“AWE Mobile App”) or AsiaWorld-Expo WeChat Mini Program ("AWE Mini Program") and open the Lucky Draw Campaign Page.
  10. Click “Enroll Lucky Draw” after logging into AWE Mobile App or AWE Mini Program.
  11. Type in personal information (Full name and Email).
  12. Answer four (4) questions, design the Capsule, click the confirm button to complete the Steps.
  13. Upon successful completion of the above Steps, the participant’s AWC Member ID is eligible for one (1) Lucky Draw chance.
  14. Registration deadline for the Lucky Draw is on 12 June 2025 at 23:59:59. The lucky draw will be held on 13 June 2025.
  15. The winner of the Lucky Draw will receive one (1) “2025 Mega Event Pass” (value $8,000) (Total five (5) winners). Each “2025 Mega Event Pass” could redeem two (2) admission tickets for any one of the public concert ticketed events to be held in AsiaWorld-Expo from 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025 (the two admission tickets must be for the same concert to be held on the same date and time), subject to availability.   16. The winner announcement of the Lucky Draw will be made on the AWE Mobile App campaign page, AWE Mini Program, and AWEM social media (Facebook, Instagram, Weibo, WeChat, Xiaohongshu) on 18 June 2025 and published on Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 18 June 2025.
  17. Winners of the Lucky Draw will be notified by email (“Notification Email”) and the winners should register for their prize according to the instructions and terms and conditions in the Notification Email.
  18. Winners must agree and comply with the terms and conditions of the prize. The prize will be forfeited without prior notice or obligation in case of breach of any of the terms therein.
  19. The prize cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. The prize is non-replaceable, non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-resalable and non-returnable.
  20. AWEM is not the organiser of the prize herein, thus, all prizes shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the organizer. The organiser is fully responsible for the arrangement, in the event of any change to the terms and conditions. AWEM accepts no responsibility to any changes, nor liabilities and/or compensation.
  21. Once the prize is redeemed, AWEM shall not reissue if the prize is lost or damaged.
  22. AWEM hereby reserves all rights in respect of this Lucky Draw and in the case of any disputes, the decision of AWEM shall be final and binding. Please refer to AWE Mobile App campaign page, AWE Mini Program, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Weibo, WeChat and Xiaohongshu) for further details.
  23. The Chinese version of these terms and conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
  24. AWEM shall collect adequate, but not excessive, personal data by lawful and fair means only for lawful purposes related to our business and activities in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
