AsiaWorld-Expo Announces Best Service Award Winners - Commitment to business partnership and customer service excellence honoured -

AsiaWorld-Expo has announced the winners of its inaugural customer service awards with PCCW and individual service staff landing the honours.

Winners were selected by a special judging panel during the successful ITU TELECOM WORLD 2006. Consisting of three categories (Best Service Partner, Best Staff of the Best Service Partner and individual Outstanding Performance), the awards were established to promote service quality and customer relationship excellence as well as to recognise the business partners and individuals who made significant contributions to the success of AsiaWorld-Expo at the ITU TELECOM WORLD 2006.

PCCW Limited scooped the Best Service Partner Award for its exceptional service deliveries during ITU TELECOM WORLD 2006. Gary Chow, Managing Director, Commercial Group of PCCW Limited received the Award on behalf of the company. Gary Ng, also of PCCW Limited, won the Best Staff of the Best Service Partner category while Ivy Wong of Adams Secuforce (International) Limited received the individual Outstanding Performance award.

"All corporate and individual category winners from the competition held during ITU TELECOM WORLD 2006 have demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and service standards," announced Nicolas Borit, Chief Executive Officer of AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited.

The three awards were presented by Mr. Borit to the winners at AsiaWorld-Expo's first anniversary celebration ceremony held on 17 January 2007.

The Best Service Awards was one of several different incentive programmes organised by AsiaWorld-Expo during 2006 to recognise exclusive service partner teams for outstanding levels of service excellence.
