G/F Foyer Organizer Rooms 103 & 105 Refurbishment Works Agreement (C049/26)

AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited (“AWEM”) hereby invites tenders from interested organisation(s) with proven experience and capability to express interest in subject tender at AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong International Airport.

 

Scope of Works:

AWEM is looking for an experienced and quality contractor with technical capabilities to carry out the GF Foyer Organizer Rooms 103 & 105 refurbishment works which involves fine-tuning the design intent of the newly renovated Organizer Rooms 110 & 111, carrying out all necessary builders’ works in terms of new flooring, ceiling finish,  wall & column finish, electrical & lighting installation, coordinating with AWEM’s nominated contractor on fire services, extra low voltage installations/ relocation works etc.. 

 

The Contractor is required to engage all relevant technical professionals including but not limited to Register Structural Engineer (“RSE”), etc., for structural calculations and structural stability report for fixture over 3m height such as false ceiling system with associated subframe. 

 

 

Collection of Tender Document:

Interested organisation(s) are required to express their interest by email to tender@asiaworld-expo.com on their company letterhead, providing the name, address, telephone number, name and position of their contact person and the contact email address. 

 

For those qualified candidates, Tender documents at a fee of HK$500 (non-refundable) payable to “AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited” will be available for collection upon submission of a duly signed Confidentiality Undertaking in the form provided by AWEM. 

 

Submission of Tender:

Tenders must be delivered to AWEM Tender Box not later than 3:00pm on 14 September 2026 (Hong Kong time).  Late submissions will not be accepted.
