Typical Hall Foyers & Toilets Renovation Works at Foyer 3/5, Foyer 6/7 and Foyer 8/9 (C011/26)

AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited (“AWEM”) hereby invites tenders from interested organisation(s) with proven experience and capability to express interest in subject tender at AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong International Airport.

 

Scope of Works:

AWEM is looking for an experienced and quality contractor with technical capabilities to carry out the typical hall foyers & toilet renovation works at foyer 3/5, foyer 6/7 and foyer 8/9 which involves fine-tuning the design intent provided by AWEM’s appointed architect, design, build, supplies and installation of all necessary builder’s works including but not limited to baffle strips ceiling, cladding columns, mild density fibre (“MDF”) wall furring, textured wall paper at escalator void area, aluminium curved trimming with LED strips for foyer areas, all necessary ceiling, wall and floor finish installation for toilets, with built-in furniture, toilet sanitary fitment, plumbing & drainage and all associated E&M modification works to suit the proposed design, etc.. 

 

The Contractor is required to engage all relevant technical professionals including but not limited to Register Structural Engineer (“RSE”), Authorized Person (“AP”), Technical Competent Person (“TCP”) etc., to plan and carry out the renovation works in three main work phases under a live operation mode.

 

Collection of Tender Document:

Interested organisation(s) are required to express their interest by email to tender@hkiashl.com on their company letterhead, providing the name, address, telephone number, name and position of their contact person and the contact email address. 

 

For those qualified candidates, Tender documents at a fee of HK$500 (non-refundable) payable to “AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited” will be available for collection upon submission of a duly signed Confidentiality Undertaking in the form provided by AWEM. 

 

Submission of Tender:

Tenders must be delivered to AWEM Tender Box not later than 3:00pm on 10 April 2026 (Hong Kong time).  Late submissions will not be accepted.
