Upgrading Works of Central Concourse Corridor (C024/24)

AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited (“AWEM”) hereby invites tenders from interested organisation(s) with proven experience and capability to express interest in subject tender at AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong International Airport.

 

With an aim to uplifting the overall image of AWE, making it more in tune with current décor and dovetailing it with the design of the planned AWE Phase 2 development and neighbourhood developments, AWEM plans to carry out renovation works at 1/F of Central Concourse, the main passageway from West to East.  

 

Scope of Services:

AWEM is looking for an experienced and quality contractor with technical capabilities to carry out the Upgrading Works of Central Concourse Corridor which involves fine-tuning the design intent provided by AWEM’s appointed architect, design, build, supplies and installation of baffle strip ceiling, repair/replacement of cladding border, vertical bulkhead replacement, cladding column redecoration, layers of decorative feature at atrium void area, plasterboard ceiling at corridors, plasterboard wall furring along two sides of corridors, decorative film at skylight glass panels, various ceiling hung structures & wall mounted enclosures for wayfinding and advertising LEDs, static signs and all associated E&M modification works to suit the proposed design including E&M conduit and trucking, etc..

 

The Contractor is required to engage all relevant technical professionals including but not limited to Registered Structural Engineer (“RSE”), Technical Competent Person (“TCP”), Authorised Person (“AP”) etc., to plan and carry out the renovation and construction works under a live operation mode.

For those qualified candidates, Tender documents at a fee of HK$500 (non-refundable) payable to “AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited” will be available for collection upon submission of a duly signed Confidentiality Undertaking in the form provided by AWEM. 

 

Submission of Tender:

Tenders must be delivered to AWEM Tender Box not later than 3:00pm on 26 September 2024 (Hong Kong time).  Late submissions will not be accepted.
