ADMISSION ARRANGEMENT AND IMPORTANT NOTICE The organizer of this Concert is MakerVille Company Limited (the "Organizer"). Attendees must present valid tickets to enter the Concert venue. Each ticket admits one person only. Attendees shall comply with the terms of this Concert and the venue, including but not limited to age restriction, rules and regulations, and prohibited items, etc. In the event of any violation of the above, venue staff has the right to refuse admission of individuals, or request individuals to leave the venue. This Concert only allows entry of individual who is (i) aged 12 years or above, (ii) with a height of 140 cm or above, and (iii) in possession of valid identification document(s). Any individual under the age of 16 shall be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Venue staff has the right to inspect the identification documents of individuals to verify his/her age and measure height. In the event that one fails to verify his/her age, or meet the said height requirement, venue staff has the right to refuse his/her entry. The ticket information and entry confirmation codes (if any) shall be invalid if the same is being deleted, modified or amended. The Organizer shall not be liable or reissue any ticket in the event of any loss, damage, amendment, incompleteness, forgery, theft, fraud or unauthorized use of the tickets. Photocopies of the tickets shall be invalid. In the event of any dispute, the records and decisions of the Organizer shall be final. The tickets to this Concert must be purchased from its official point-of-sale. If the Organizer discovers or suspects any ticket scalping or illegal acts (including but not limited to theft of personal information or forgery of identification documents), the Organizer reserves the right to cancel/reject relevant individuals’ eligibility to purchase tickets and/or entry to the Concert venue, and cancel the relevant tickets. Further, the Organizer reserves the right to take further legal actions. Individuals whom eligibility to purchase tickets or entry to the Concert is cancelled/rejected shall not be allowed to enter the venue; the cancelled tickets shall be invalid, and all paid ticket fees, including administration fees shall be non-refundable. The Organizer reserves the right to change the contents of the Concert without any return or change of tickets. The Organizer has the right to reschedule or delay the show date(s) of the Concert, cancel the Concert, rearrange or reduce standees of the Concert. The Organizer shall not be liable for any discrepancy in expectations, inconvenience, loss or damage arising thereof. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Organizer shall be final. Ticket holders shall enter the venue in accordance with the queuing number printed on the tickets and instructions given by AsiaWorld-Expo. The Holding Area of the Concert shall open at a designated time before the Concert show time. Ticket holders shall wait in the designated areas in the Holding Area, and queue up according to the said queuing numbers. The venue shall arrange for entry of the queuing ticket holders at a designated time before the Concert show time. The queuing numbers of ticket holders who arrive at the venue after the commencement of entry of the queuing ticket holders shall be invalid, and those ticket holders shall enter the venue after all the queuing ticket holders have entered the venue. Ticket holders shall check for the opening time of the Holding Area and entry time of the Concert via the announcements made by the Organizer (see Clause 25 below). All admission arrangements of the Concert shall be subject to the instructions given by the venue. Ticket holders shall comply with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”), safety guidelines imposed by the Organizer and the venue, venue rules, instructions given by the Organizer and venue staff. Attendees shall take care of their personal safety, and avoid any dangerous or unsafe behavior at the venue. The Organizer has the right to refuse entry of any individual in violation of the relevant rules and regulations, or request the same to leave the venue. In case of emergency, attendees shall seek assistance from staff immediately. The Organizer has the right to determine the timing and manner for latecomers to enter the venue. In entering the venue, ticket holders shall comply with the instructions and arrangements of the Organizer and venue staff. The Organizer and venue has the right to inspect proof of immobility with regards to holders of wheelchair seat tickets. If one fails to provide the relevant proof, the Organizer and venue has the right to refuse entry of the same. Photography and recording are prohibited at the venue. Apart from permitted personnel, all parties must not bring photo-taking, recording or audio-recording equipment to the venue. Smoking, eating, audio-recording, photography, video-recording or live-streaming are strictly prohibited at the venue. Dangerous items such as glass bottles, food and beverage, sharp objects, weapons, aerosols, flammables, laser pointers, inflated objects that are lighter than air (including but not limited to balloons or metallic balloons), remote-controlled aerial devices or toy (such as model helicopters or drones), fireworks or any laser equipment are strictly prohibited at the venue. No animals are permitted at the venue except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of the venue. To facilitate the conduct of the Concert, please turn off alarms and ringtones of mobile phones during the Concert. Any object that may obstruct or affect the view of other audience is prohibited at the venue, including but not limited to bags or backpacks with measurements beyond 38x30x20 cm, large lighting boards with measurements beyond 38x30x20 cm, selfie sticks, balloons, flags, long umbrellas, stools, foldable chairs, etc. The Organizer reserves the right to retain the said items until the end of the Concert. Any prohibited items can be stored at the storage counter of the venue, or self-help lockers on the ground floor of the venue. Possessing or using any illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited. No waiting at staircase and circulation corridor. If any individual is in violation of the Admission Rules, the rules imposed by the Organizer, and/or the venue rules; or harass anyone or perform any acts that the Organizer deems inappropriate, the Organizer has the right to request for the relevant individual to leave the venue, without any compensation or refund. The performance of the Concert may contain strong lights, flashes or smoking effects. In the event of any discomfort or need for assistance, please notify paramedics or security immediately. The Concert may be photographed, recorded and/or live-streamed. The Organizer has the right (but not the obligation) to broadcast or distribute the same in any form, on any media across the world that it deems appropriate. All intellectual property rights and other rights of the Concert, including but not limited to the live-recordings and/or any recordings that were obtained during the Concert shall be perpetually owned by the Organizer. By entering the venue, ticket holders agree to be audio-recorded or filmed. Ticket holders hereby irrevocably waive all present and future rights (including but not limited to copyrights, intellectual property rights and moral rights) regarding the live-recordings and/or any recordings that were obtained during the Concert. To the greatest extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, damages, expenses, accidents, delays or inconvenience caused by ticket holders or any parties’ participation of the Concert or its related process, or acceptance or usage of souvenirs (if any). Please check for the latest announcements via the Organizer’s Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/MakerVille.officia) or Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/makerville.official) in the event of the hoisting of Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Signal 4 hours before the show time of the Concert, or any potential cancellation or rescheduling of the Concert for any other reason. Ticket purchasers, ticket holders and attendees agree to be bound by the Admission Rules and all applicable rules and regulations related to the Concert. The Organizer reserves the right to update or amend the Admission Rules from time to time without further notice. Any updates or amendments shall be in effect once the same have been issued on the Organizer’s Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/MakerVille.official) or Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/makerville.official). In the event of any dispute, the Organizer’s decisions shall be final. The Admission Rules are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Ticket purchasers, ticket holders and attendees submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong. In the event of dispute, AsiaWorld-Expo and the Organizer reserves the right to final determination. In the event of any inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of the Admission Rules, the English version shall prevail.
