Responsibilities:
 
  • Select fresh and high-quality ingredients and report out if any related issues
  • Coordinate with related kitchen staff to ensure deliver proper portion quality ingredients on time for cooking
  • Maintain an organized kitchen area with best practice and following hygiene guideline
  • Clean and maintain chopping tools, cutting boards, and related equipment
  • Assist in monitoring ingredient inventory levels and manage replenishment
  • Maintain accurate ingredients inventory records and assist in receiving and stock keeping
  • Provide training to guide subordinates in using of cutting board equipment by proper skills to achieve goals
 
Requirements:
 
  • F.3 or above
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience as chopper in catering establishments with 5 years at similar capacity in Chinese restaurants
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, well-organized, fast paced, and flexible at work
