Venue Services Supervisor

Responsibilities:
 
  • Implement day-to-day venue and event related services, includes housekeeping, landscaping and pest control services
  • Lead & monitor and supervise the service contracts and performance of the service partners on-site
  • Assist Manager, Venue Services to monitor and evaluate the service partners KPI and efficiency from time to time
  • Conduct pre-event and post-event inspections of all rooms, concourses, seating areas and public areas prior event start and after event end
  • Written communication with stakeholders, preparation of monthly/quarterly reports to senior management
  • Plan and ensure the resource assignment, work allocation, training development and performance assessment are completed in a timely manner
  • Communicate with internal counterparts and service partners on the upcoming events and ensure proper preparation and staffing for each event
  • Attend meetings with organizers and/or inter-departmental meetings
  • Provide full range of administrative support to the Venue Services Department
  • Supervise the performance of Senior Venue Services Officer / Venue Officer
  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required
 
Requirements:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Property Management or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in operations
  • Solid experience in supervising direct staff and service partner
  • Strong administrative skills along with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; highly customer-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
