Assistant Business Technology Manager

Responsibilities:
 
  • Assist the Manager to planning the ICT Corporate operation and venue ICT arrangement
  • Support corporate System infrastructure. Maintain Firewalls, VPN, Switches and Routers
  • Manage hardware and software procurement, negotiation and administration of vendors under annual ICT expenses budget;
  • Monitor onsite event ICT operation activities &Identify the operation risk and control and ensure operation quality
  • Manage and maintain the AV equipment, including projectors, interactive whiteboards & audio systems
  • Regular report and review the operation procedures
  • Troubleshoot on PC, network & systems problem.
  • Able to work after office to perform the systems operation (e.g. batch job running, data and applications backup, systems health check) 
  • Hands-on skill to support the network, systems and applications
 
Requirements:
 
  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 6-8 years relevant Information Technology experience 
  • Proficiency in IT infrastructure products including Firewall, network, enterprise system management, network & WiFi solutions, AD directory services, and Windows server and VM platforms
  • Strong knowledge of AV technologies, including projectors, interactive whiteboards, audio systems, and video conferencing systems
  • Hands-on, all-rounded, energetic, highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent technical knowledge includes but not limited to servers, network infrastructure and securities. Good experience in both PC and web environments.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese as well as Mandarin
