Server and Storage Upgrade for Access Control System, CCTV and People Counting System at AsiaWorld-Expo (“AWE”) (C003/26)

AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited (“AWEM”) hereby invites tenders from interested organisation(s) with proven experience and capability
to express interest in subject tender at AsiaWorld-Expo (“AWE”), Hong Kong International Airport.

To ensure continuous, secure, and compliant video recording, it is necessary to expand the storage subsystem to provide sufficient capacity, performance, and resilience for all existing and new cameras. This enhancement is critical to maintaining reliable surveillance records
to support daily operations, incident investigation, and risk management for the venue. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited (“AWEM”) aims to acquire a comprehensive and scalable solution that includes:

Scope of Services:

AWEM is looking for an experience, certified and quality contractor (“Works/Supplies”) with certified partnership under Dell to deliver
hardware and software of Server and Storage for ACS, CCTV and People Counting System with installation, testing and commissioning.

1) 2 sets of Dell PowerScale A310L with hardware and software bundle
2) 2 sets of DELL Networking S5248-ON and accessories
3) 2 sets of DELL PowerEdge R660xs with hardware and software bundle

The Contractor is also required to co-ordinate with other works contractors for the delivery of above maintenance and subscription.

Interested organisation(s) are required to express their interest by email to tender@hkiashl.com on their company letterhead, providing the
name, address, telephone number, name and position of their contact person and the contact email address.
For those qualified candidates, Tender documents at a fee of HK$500 (non-refundable) payable to “AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited”
will be available for collection upon submission of a duly signed Confidentiality Undertaking in the form provided by AWEM.

Submission of Tender:
Tenders must be delivered to AWEM Tender Box not later than 3:00pm on 16 March 2026 (Hong Kong time). Late submissions will not be
accepted.
