Venue Operations Officer

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders from planning to execution of logistics and security provisions
  • Coordinate with Airport Authority on traffic conditions
  • Ensure deployment performance throughout all events operations are up to company standard and meet each event KPIs
  • Propose event manpower and prepare transportation orders for event operation
  • Prepare standard operation procedure for internal training and event briefing purpose
  • Provide administrative support including purchase request, prepare department reports, and parking permit issuance
  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics, Event Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 – 3 years relevant working experiences, preferably in sizeable organization or hospitality industry; Associates degree with 5 years relevant working experiences will also be considered
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills; well-organized with analytical skills, self-motivated, fast-paced and flexible at work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
