Venue Core Networking Hardware Maintenance and Software Subscription (C023/25)

AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited (“AWEM”) hereby invites tenders from interested organisation(s) with proven experience and capability to express interest in subject tender at AsiaWorld-Expo (“AWE”), Hong Kong International Airport.
 
Existing venue Core networking was revamped in 2020 and the current 5 years hardware warranty and software subscription expires on 31 August 2025. AWEM has proposed to procure the services from an authorized dealer of the hardware manufacturer. To ensure the continuity of quality services without interruption, a 5-year contract for the Services (i.e. from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2030) would be adopted.
 
Scope of Services:
AWEM is looking for an experience, certified and quality contractor (“Works/Supplies”) to acquire hardware maintenance (Cisco Networking SMARTNET) and software subscriptions (Cisco Space DNA Advantages) for a 5 years contract;
1)         40 units WiFi access points between 01 September 2025 to 31 October 2027
2)         1 unit of network appliance between 01 September 2025 to 31 March 2029.
3)         266 units of WiFi Access points, 109 units networking switches and 2 units WiFi Controllers from 01 September 2025 to 31 August 2030.

The contractor is also required to co-ordinate with AWEM and other AWEM nominated works contractors for the delivery of above maintenance and subscription.

For those qualified candidates, Tender documents at a fee of HK$500 (non-refundable) payable to “AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited” will be available for collection upon submission of a duly signed Confidentiality Undertaking in the form provided by AWEM. 
 
Submission of Tender:
Tenders must be delivered to AWEM Tender Box not later than 3:00pm on 25 July 2025 (Hong Kong time).  Late submissions will not be accepted.
