Invitational Only

1. Eligibility: This event is invitational only. Only invited participating teams, partner groups and registered individuals will be allowed to participate.

Registration Requirements

1. Pre-Registration: All teams (including students, coaches, and supporting members) must be registered prior to arrival.

2. Valid Badges: Entry will only be granted with a valid badge.

Badge Collection

1. Registration Counter: For those who do not yet have a badge, please proceed to the registration counter located outside Hall 2 for record checking and badge printing.

2. No Sharing of Badges: Badges are personal and must not be shared with others.

3. Return of Unowned Badges: If you find a badge that does not belong to you, please return it to the registration counter.

Conduct

1. Respectful Behavior: All attendees are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the event.

2. Health and Safety: Follow any health guidelines in place during the event.

1. Prohibited Items: The following items are not allowed:

   • Weapons

   • Alcohol

   • Illegal substances

   • Any items deemed dangerous by event staff

Health and Safety

1. COVID-19 Guidelines: Attendees must adhere to current health guidelines, including wearing masks if required.

2. Emergency Procedures: Follow all instructions from event staff in case of an emergency.

Photography and Videography

1. Consent: By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

• All participants should be of 4-16 years old whilst there is no age limit for visitors.

For visiting the events, kindly note the following camera rules:

• Respect Privacy: Do not photograph children who are not part of your group without consent. If a team or guardian requests not to be photographed or filmed, their wishes should be respected.
• Avoid Close-Ups: Focus on group shots rather than close-ups of individual children unless permission has been granted.
• Clear Pathways: Avoid obstructing pathways or entrances while taking photos to ensure safety and accessibility.
• Feedback and Concerns: Participants can provide feedback or express concerns about photography to event organizers at any time.
• Notify Staff of Media Presence: Inform event staff if you are taking photos or videos for media purposes.
