Event Details Organized by RAINMAKER, this event aims to provide a professional platform for student organizations at tertiary institutions across Hong Kong to connect with resources, secure sponsorships, and engage in cultural exchange. The event is scheduled for Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Hall 3 of the AsiaWorld-Expo. The core objective of the event is to launch the annual “Orientation Camp Sponsorship Program,” announcing comprehensive support packages to university student societies covering campfire wood, sound equipment, food supplies, transportation, and venue coordination. To encourage active participation by student organizations, the organizing committee has established an “Attendance Incentive Scheme.” Based on the number of attendees from each group (ranging from 5 to 20 people), corporate-sponsored hygiene products, sports equipment, and waterproof supplies will be distributed proportionally to alleviate the financial burden of event planning for students.
