Wild Wild Hong Kong Tour

1. Each ticket admits one person only. A valid original ticket must be provided for admission.

2. Only Adults aged 18 or above are allowed to participate. Some sessions are only for ladies. Audiences are required to provide valid ID document with photo for admission.

3. Maximum 12 tickets per transaction.

4. Tickets sold are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

5. If Ticket is lost, defaced or stolen, the Organiser and uutix will not reissue or replace the ticket, and will not bear any responsibility.

6. No change of submitted information upon transaction under any circumstances.

7. Email confirmation would be sent for successful transaction. You may also check the order details by logging in uutix App.

8. Customers could choose the below ticket delivery options:
i) E-Ticket
E-Ticket would be sent to users' email. Or you may log in uutix App to check the E-Ticket. The E-Ticket could be used for event admission directly.

ii) Collect at Self-Service Kiosk
Customers MUST collect the physical tickets at uutix Self-Service Kiosk with the Ticket Collecting QR Code in advance, from 5 Apr, 2024, before the event starts. There is no Ticket Self-Service Kiosk in venue and Collecting QR Code could NOT be used for event admission directly.

iii) By Courier - Hong Kong Local Only (Extra HK$35 service charge)
Physical Ticket shall be sent out by courier by 25 Apr, 2024. Please contact uutix CS if still not received on 30 Apr, 2024.

9. Ticket booking, pickup and delivery are subject to the terms and conditions of uutix.

10.  Tickets purchased through uutix are legitimate, subject to uutix’s terms. If you purchase a ticket through any sources other than uutix, uutix cannot guarantee that ticket’s authenticity.

11. No professional camera and recording devices. Bag search will be conducted.

12. All copyrights of this performance are under the Organizer. Uploading any recordings from your personal mobile phone to your private social media account may be a copyright violation and cannot be used for commercial purposes.

13. Taking videos and photos of the show is strictly prohibited. Any person caught illegally photographing or recording the event will be dealt with by the venue's security.

14. Ticket holders are obliged to comply with the rules regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo.

15. In case of dispute arising from the ticketing sales and promotion of "Wild Wild Dream Hong Kong 2024", the decision of the concert organizer and Hong Kong Maoyan Live Entertainment Limited shall be final.

16. Please refrain from excessive touching or touching the actors when contacting them as part of the performance.

17. Please arrive the venue at least 10 minutes before the show begins. Please keep your personal belongings under the seat or the luggage storage counter/locker.
