Arrangement for Seating Zone 

• Audiences are encouraged not to bring bags/backpacks to the event hall. Express Lanes for admission are available for audiences NOT carrying bags/backpacks (if applicable).
• All audiences are required to go through handheld metal detector checking before entering the event hall (if applicable).
• Re-entry is not permitted after scanning your ticket and exiting the ARENA

 
 The use of wheelchairs or electric wheelchairs on AWE premises is subject to the following conditions:

• Wheelchair seat tickets are designated for persons who depend on wheelchair for mobility and their accompanying minders (if applicable). When purchasing wheelchair seat tickets, each wheelchair user is entitled to purchase a maximum of one minder at the same time. Wheelchair seat ticket holders must produce proof of mobility difficulties* upon demand by AWEM during admission.  AWEM will refuse admission without refund, in case of non-wheelchair user or any person accompanying any non-wheelchair user holding wheelchair seat ticket or minder ticket for admission. AWEM and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.

* Proof of mobility difficulties means “Registration Card for People with Disabilities” (Physical Disability) or other valid medical documentary proof showing physical disability or mobility difficulties.

• AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to refuse entry if the ticket purchased is not fitted for the ticket holder’s specific seating requirements or accessibility needs, and there shall be no refund whatsoever.
• Wheelchair users with tickets may contact AWE (+852-3606 8000) for admission assistance. They are also advised to arrive at the performance venue with sufficient lead time for admission.

• Unauthorised photography, filming or recording is strictly prohibited in the event hall. Bag searches will be conducted prior to entering the event hall. Article bigger than the dimensions of 38 cm X 30 cm X 20 cm (i.e. 15 inches X 12 inches X 8 inches) as well as all professional cameras, video/voice recorders and stools/folded chairs are not allowed in the event hall. Long umbrellas are not allowed in the event hall. Please place restricted article(s) at Baggage Storage Counter or self-service lockers at the Ground Floor Level.
• All tickets must purchase from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.
• All tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. Each ticket admits one (1) person only, subject to any age restrictions set by the organiser.  Reissues for lost free seating or standing tickets cannot be processed under any circumstances.
• For safety reason, selfie stick is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
• Age limit for Seated zone: 3 or above.
• Age limit for Standing zone: 12 or above and Height limit: 140 cm or above
• Smoking is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.
• No outside food and beverage are allowed in AsiaWorld-Expo.
• No glass bottles, inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.
• Possessing or using any illegal drugs is prohibited inside AsiaWorld-Expo.
• Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo.
• No standing on chairs.
• No waiting at staircase and circulation corridor.
• Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser device is prohibited.
• No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).
• Performance may contain strong and strobe lighting and smoke, please inform any medical staff or security of AsiaWorld-Expo, if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed.
• No ticket scalping is allowed. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.
• Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event.  However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.
• No animals are permitted in AsiaWorld-Expo except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited.
• The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.
• AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.
• AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.
• Relevant regulations shall be subject to official social media platforms of the Organizers (EUPHORIC PRODUCTION HK, Neon Lit Music), official BanG Dream! social media platforms and on‑site announcements. The Organizers reserve the right to add shows, revise, terminate or alter performance content related to this event.
• Personal belongings will be inspected upon entry, which may extend queuing time. Please allow sufficient time for entry. Staff reserve the right to judge whether items are hazardous.
• The following behaviours are strictly prohibited at this performance. Violators will be stopped by staff; serious offenders will be asked to leave the venue with no refund provided:
•  Running, pushing, shoving, climbing, jumping from heights, or charging the stage.
• Disregarding instructions, unauthorised movement out of designated zones, or blocking walkways.
• Disruptive acts including loud shouting, excessive jumping, arm‑waving and other fan activities commonly known as “家虎”, “MIX” and “宅藝” that disturb other patrons.
• Glow sticks/penlights, lighting equipment over 30 cm in length, overly bright products, chained penlights, signal lights or other lighting devices are permitted. Vigorous waving, throwing, putting in the mouth, holding four or more units in one hand, continuous flashing or spinning above the head is strictly forbidden.
•  Mobile phones may only be used outside the venue. Waving fan merchandise arbitrarily, or holding non‑official items such as dolls, flags, banners and noise‑making fan goods above chest height is prohibited to avoid obstructing others’ view.
• Drinking alcohol and smoking during the performance are banned.
• Performance volume may be loud. Patrons with sensitive hearing and parents with children are advised to bring protective gear.
• Overnight queuing and loitering around the venue are prohibited. Patrons are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation and personal belongings. The Organizers and relevant parties shall not be liable for any injury or loss caused by patrons’ own conduct
• If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.
