Show Cancellation Announcement & Ticket Refund Procedures
(Ticket Refunds Starting 1st November 2022)
[Hong Kong, 14 October 2022] Due to travel and scheduling logistics, AVRIL LAVIGNE WORLD TOUR 2022 HONG KONG, originally scheduled on Tuesday, 1st November 2022 at AsiaWorld-Expo, Arena, will be cancelled. Full refunds (excluding customer service fees and/or delivery charges) for all ticket holders will be available from HK Ticketing. For refund details, please see “Ticket Refund Procedures” below.
Midas Promotions would like to sincerely apologize for all disappointment and inconvenience caused due to the show cancellation. We truthfully appreciate the continued support from all the fans and hope to bring Avril Lavigne to Hong Kong again soon.
Avril Lavigne’s message to her fans:
“To my fans in Hong Kong and Manilla, I am writing you with some unfortunate news. Due to travel and scheduling logistics, I am unable to make these shows happen. I am heartbroken about not being able to make it as I know these shows have been sold out for some time. Ticket holders are able to get a full refund (excluding customer service fees and/or delivery charges) at point of purchase. Once again, my deepest apologies.”

Ticket Refund Procedures
Ticket holder means customers who purchased tickets via HK Ticketing can apply for a refund subject to the Refund Arrangement. The Customer Service Fees and the Ticket Delivery Fee are non-refundable. Ticket holders can apply a refund subject to the following refund procedure.
Ticket purchased from Agencies (including Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, HKAPA Béthanie Landmark Heritage Campus, AsiaWorld-Expo, Kowloonbay International Trade & Exhibition Centre, D．PARK, K11 Select and Tom Lee Music Stores) and Ticket Purchase Hotline (852) 31 288 288 by *CREDIT CARD or CASH, please refer to below (a) to (d):
a) Please bring along the tickets to the HK Ticketing Box Office at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre during business hours from 1 Nov 2022 – 30 Nov 2022 to process a refund.
b) Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 11am - 7pm and closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
c) An immediate refund of ticket value in cash will be made at the HK Ticketing Office counter upon submission of a completed Refund Application Form with event ticket(s). The ticket holders must sign to acknowledge receipt of the refund.
d) Any Refund request received after 30 Nov 2022 will not be processed.

Ticket value will be automatically deposited to the same Credit Card account used for ticket purchase within 45 working days after 1 Nov 2022.
